Is this curveball an opportunity to grow?
So often life will throw us an unexpected curve ball! Something, that throws us off balance and takes us in a new direction. When the realization comes that life as we knew it has changed forever, sadness and grief erupt within us. The old story is stripped away. The soul begins to search to find the answers. To find meaning in the loss and a new vision of truth on how the future path could look for us.
Be gentle with yourself as your ground has been shaken and things will feel fearful and uncertain.
Please acknowledge what has been taken from you, what has changed without warning and allow others to hear the truth of the loss you have endured by sharing when and where it feels safe. Spend time with positive people who support you just as you are.
In time there will be a window of hope. A space and place for great healing and transformation to occur.
When the time is right, know that your soul will carry you in a new direction that is aligned with your truest calling.
It will find a way to shine again and you will heal and this inner transformation, courage and strength will form the essence of the new you. The deep pain you are going through you will show you how to be empathic to the needs of others.
The angels are holding you now so lean in and feel their loving support at this time in your life.

Your soul is a fountain of possibility inside you
It is ageless, timeless, and wise beyond measure.
It has nothing to prove however it yearns to be fed with new experiences.
It has a well of truth gathered over the ages.
It will not stoop to criticism but will welcome the truth and learn from its observations.
It values direction remembering the knowledge bank within.
It is confused by stress and conformity as it knows there’s time for personal evolution to complete your mission co-creating with the Universe.
It is fully aware of the etching in the book of life and knows the legacy of love your heart wishes to leave behind on your life’s journey.
It is pristine. It is within.
It needs no candles to ignite as it’s a divine spark and its glow is eternal.
How do I access this fountain?
Go within and you will never go without.
- Take the time to do yoga, to create through writing, drawing singing and dancing.
- Feed your soul with love and laughter by aiming to be more light-hearted by observing not absorbing.
- Go into nature to caress your soul with the silence. This silence will allow you to tap into the senses.
Acknowledge the power it holds in your life and your thirst will be quenched by the almighty hand of celestial knowing.
This deep knowledge will empower you to live in grace, focused on sharing your fountain of love through all your sacred encounters on this earth.
