Did you know that your telephone number, home address, license plate, and even a hotel room number can affect your life… for better or worse?
As a member of the Numerologist community, you already know that numbers play a huge role in your career, happiness, relationships, finances… and more. Well, this is especially true for those numbers you use or see on a daily basis – like your phone number. This can be easy to forget because we’re often so focused on the “core” elements of our numerology charts: Life Path, Soul Urge (Heart’s Desire), Expression, Personality, and Birthday. These numbers are undoubtedly critical, but they aren’t numbers necessarily tied to our everyday life.
How many times do you give your phone number out in a week? How many people have your phone number on their contact list? How many calls do you get in a day?
Your phone number represents a MAJOR gateway of communication between you and the people you love and work with. Every time you give it out, or someone calls it – it’s an energy exchange… and it’s influencing you whether you like it or not.
Some phone numbers will carry an energy that is welcoming and complementary to your numerology profile…
Other phone numbers can be TOXIC to your life, especially when it comes to your career if the majority of your calls are work-related!
How To Calculate Your Numerological Phone Number
Determining if your phone number is toxic or not starts with some simple calculations. The first thing you must do is find your ‘numerological phone number’ – or your phone number reduced to a single digit.
The standard method of reducing your phone number is to add up each individual digit. If that sum is more than 1 digit, you then further reduce the resulting number by adding all of its digits together. If this number is more than 1 digit, repeat until the result is only one digit.
Exception: if your resultant number is 11, 22, 33, or 44, do not reduce it further. These are Master Numbers and have special power and significance.
Example: Numeric Phone Number
If your phone number is composed solely of digits, you just add them up, and reduce the
total to one digit.
Here’s an example:
212-555-1212
2 + 1 + 2 + 5 + 5 + 5 + 1 + 2 + 1 + 2 = 26
2 + 6 = 8
Example: Alphanumeric Phone Number
If your phone number contains words, then you must first convert the letters to numbers. The conversion would be carried out exactly like if you were determining the number for a name.
IMPORTANT: Do not use the associated numbers from your telephone keypad. You have changed the numerological flavor of the telephone number by using words. To convert an alphanumeric phone number, you must use the Pythagorean conversions, as shown below:
Here’s an example:
The phone number CALL-ME-HERE would translate to:
313-345-8595
3 + 1 + 3 + 3 + 4 + 5 + 8 + 5 + 9 + 5 = 46
4 + 6 = 10
1 + 0 = 1
If you do decide to use the associated numbers from your telephone keypad, you will usually get a completely different number. CALL-ME-HERE would be:
225-563-4373
2 + 2 + 5 + 5 + 6 + 3 + 4 + 3 + 7 + 3 = 40
4 + 0 = 4
You may want to calculate the number for both “versions” of your phone number and see which gives you better results.
Is Your Phone Number Toxic?
Now that you’ve found your numerological phone number (reduced to a single digit), jot it down. In Part 2 of this blog series, we’ll be sharing revealing readings of each number and what it means for YOU.
We’ll specifically focus on how your phone number is influencing your career, as it can really make or break you. For example, we recently heard from a travel agent who couldn’t get her business to work. She had tried everything she could and just couldn’t figure out what was going wrong. Well, after she received this information, she decided to change her phone number and her travel business instantly turned around. Of course, there’s no way to know for sure that it was the phone number change that boosted her business, but it’s a good reminder to not overlook the powers of these daily numbers in your own life!
