What Chakra is Being Healed this Week?

Question of the Week:
I am deserving. How do you feel inside when you say that out loud?
Where is your energy best spent this week?
How can I remove any blocks to the second chakra this week? It’s all about the belief system of: I am deserving. What comes up for you when you actually say that? How are you feeling in your body when you say, I am deserving? I want you to repeat that affirmation seven times every single day this week. This is going to help get rid of any stuck energy.
Aim Higher
Good enough is gone. Aim higher. The universe is trying to bring in these glorious things for you but you are blocking them. You are sabotaging yourself by not believing that you are deserving. Last week we talked about feeling good enough; I am worthy. This week we are talking about I am deserving.
We are continuing along that same theme but we are diving deeper into increasing your confidence and courage. I am the best in the world at what I do. How would that change your life if you sincerely believed that every single moment of your day? Step into that and visualize that. Use that to fuel you this week.
No More Victim
Don’t sit around and be a victim. There are two types of people in this world: people who think they’re a victim of the world and there are people who understand that they ARE the world. You can recreate your reality every second of your day. Use anything in your life that hasn’t gone right and use that as fuel to get you to the next place you want to go.
Don’t use what has gone wrong as an excuse to stay stuck. “Oh poor me.” That energy is over, that’s yesterday. Today, the new energy this week is really wanting you to buy your own flowers! You don’t need somebody to buy you flowers. You don’t need somebody to buy you a box of candy. No! Get it for yourself. You don’t have to wait for a special occasion. Celebrate your awesomeness today!
Self-esteem is an Inside Job
We’ve talked this month about taking responsibility for yourself and not blaming other people. You have a choice. When someone says something to you, you have a choice on how you’re going to feel about it. You might automatically default to “oh poor me” but be aware. Be aware of the thoughts in your mind.
Be aware of how you’re feeling when other people do things or say things because it’s not what they did or what they said it’s how it makes you feel. At the end of the day you could take 10 different people and say the exact same thing to them and all 10 people would react differently.
It is our perception. It is the reality that we’ve created based on our thought system of who we think we are or are not and you can change that. You are magnificent. You really are the best in the world at what you do! Start believing in yourself. Be kind to everyone always, starting with YOU.
