Do you know your Tarot Birth Card?
Numerology and Tarot are age-old friends, they intimately connected, and when used together, can be powerfully revealing!
Every single card in a Tarot deck is associated with a particular number. From the Magician to the Chariot to the Moon Card, they all have a numerological equivalent. Most of the time, especially in the major arcana, these numbers are actually written on the cards themselves.
If you’re already familiar with Numerology, you probably understand a little about the power, meaning and symbolism contained in the numbers 1 – 9. Guess what…These same meanings hold true for the cards in a Tarot deck too! So if you already know your Life Path Number (and have a Tarot deck on hand) it’s very easy to work out which Tarot card is most closely aligned with your personal numerology…

Life Path 7: Tarot Birth Card – The Chariot
The Chariot is a forceful, forward-moving card with energy and drive. People with this birth card are passionate about getting things done and employ all of the powers in the Universe to help them on their way!
The card depicts a figure sitting in a vehicle, beneath a blue canopy adorned with stars. This and the crescent moons on his shoulders symbolize his connection to the celestial realms and the guidance he receives from above.
People with this Tarot birth card are acutely aware that they own their own destiny, and know that no other person is going to live their lives for them.
The chariot is depicted facing away from the towers of a city, symbolizing how the materialism of man is of less importance than spiritual fulfilment. SO whilst these people are often incredibly capable people, their focus often lies on the more intangible, epheneral aspects of life.
The chariot is drawn by two sphinxes, one black and one white. These symbolize the opposing forces that the driver of the Chariot must harness, in order to stay on track and bring them in line with their goals. You know that feeling when you want to get on with a project but have so many ideas you don’t know where to start? The Chariot knows how to rein everything in and drive it forwards. Whilst being intuitively led, they have a practical know-how which they apply to their lives. Externally, they are experts in reconciling the differences between people so that everyone can get on board with a common goal.
Key Strengths of the Chariot Tarot Birth Card:
⇢ You’re a great leader and you know how to get the best from your team
⇢ That goes for yourself too – you know how to play to your strengths.
⇢ You don’t procrastinate!
⇢ You set clear goals and know how to achieve them.
⇢ You live life to the full, knowing that you are the master of your own destiny.
Key Challenges of the Chariot Tarot Birth Card:
These are similar to the traits which are emphasised in a Tarot reading when the Chariot Card shows up reversed.
⇢ You have a tendency to be blinkered, not always seeing the full picture.
⇢ You can be bossy at times, and not everyone likes it…
⇢ You might find it hard to live in the moment – if so, lighten up a little!
⇢ You can be easily frustrated by people whose approach is different to your own.
⇢ You tend to feel that your goals and ambitions are more important than everyone else’s.
Chariot Tarot Birth Card Love & Compatibility:
⇢ You’d make sparks with a Magician (Life Path 1) – both of you share the same love of action and you’d have fun working on projects together…though there may be something of a battle of egos!
⇢ A Lover (Life Path 6) would probably frustrate you with their indecision
⇢ The ‘stillness’ of a High Priestess (Life Path 2) might drive you a little mad.
⇢ A Hermit (Life Path 9) on the other hand, though quiet in nature, would help you to think before acting – you’d complement each other well.
Chariot Tarot Birth Card Career, Work & Lifestyle Ideas:
⇢ You’d be great at anything where leadership is needed to drive a project forwards, particularly where goal-setting and strategizing is called for.
⇢ It may seem a little literal, but a job involving lots of driving would be up your street. Or be a bicycle courier!
⇢ You’d make a great inventor – you have a lot of great ideas and know how to make them happen. Do you have a brilliant idea for a new product or service? Start a business!
Obviously, you can’t gain a true and complete picture of somebody through their Tarot Birth Card!
You are not simply your birth card, your Life Path Number, or anything else you can figure out by adding up the numbers in your life, you are a complex and beautiful creature formed from a myriad of different influences. These are archetypes or universal energy types which move through people in different ways.
But sometimes it can be incredibly powerful to have symbols, numbers, words, cards – anything at all – to hold onto, to help make sense of what we are doing and why!
