Think About Your Relationship with Money

Am I wise or am I foolish? I used to have a shopping addiction. I would go so long being super good about my finances and then I would binge. Once I got in the store I just couldn’t seem to stop buying, but it was interesting how I didn’t “need” things until I saw them in front of me then suddenly I had to have them!

I did a lot of work around money and the simplest thing I implemented was putting up a red sign with bold white lettering that had the word SIMPLIFY on it. I put that on the wall in my living room and I look at it all day every day. It’s incredible how much just looking at that 1 word daily has changed my life!

I now have the attitude of “less is more” and decluttering is my favorite past-time.

Abundance Through Gratitude

Money is naturally attracted to gratitude and appreciation and with that energy, it magnifies. When you receive money how does that make you feel? Excited? Embarrassed? Maybe like it’s too much that you are taking away from someone else? Or maybe you are feeling robbed like you are not receiving what you are worth?

Explore your feelings about money and try to view it as a trusted friend. Someone you admire, love and are honored to be a part of their life. Thank money for all the good times and the bad and for always coming back to you even if it left. Be appreciative of all the times money has bailed you out and assisted in your success. Forgive money for not being around when you really needed it and let go of any judgments you have about money good or bad.

As you embrace money as an energy exchange and feel deep appreciation and gratitude for the journey you’ve had with money, you will become a magnet for attracting more.

3 Words to Rebalance Your 3rd Chakra

How can you be rich and wealthy? Focusing on these 3 words will help you become aware of your relationship with money and enable you to attract more into your life.

1.Friendship – money is my best friend filled with love and loyalty

2. Wisdom – I am wise with my money and appreciate its beauty in my life.

3.Windfall – As my relationship with money evolves and I realize money comes from inside me and is simply energy I become a money magnet.

 

“Prosperity is an Inside Job” Meditation

Take a nice deep breath and relax.

Place a pile of money before you.

Pick it up. Touch it. Feel it. Think of all the souls this money has touched and how it has helped them.

Feel the energy that is held within these bills.

The value we derive from money is simply an exchange of energy.

Now I want you to take a deep breath and imagine this money transforming into your desire. You are not limited by money, this pile simply transforms into whatever it is that you want.

Take another deep breath and allow whatever feelings are coming up to simply be. Releasing any blocks to manifesting as much money as you want or need and imagining be showered with an endless supply of money.

Take a final deep breath and throughout this week pay attention to how your relationship with money is evolving.

This meditation is going to help you heal and clear any blockages in that 3rd chakra this week.

Question of the Week

Are my thoughts around money empowering or disempowering?

Last week we looked at discovery with the root chakra now this week we are moving into abundance with the 3rd chakra. What we think about we bring about so if you are not happy with your finances the first place to begin is to pay attention to the thoughts that may be subconsciously running through your mind. Hone into your feelings and embrace any pain. Once grace enters your heart you can recreate a new relationship with money.
