The Earth Star Chakra, also known as the Super Root, is connected to Foot chakra and is part of the 12 chakra system, the higher chakras
It is located about 12-18 below the feet. It is a chakra of oneness which is connected to the living multi-dimensional spirit of GAIA, the Earth’s crystalline grid, the collective consciousness of humanity and the vast field of All That Is. The Earth Star Chakra is the grounding point of the whole chakra system.
This chakra is the keeper of karmic cycles and past lives. It is brown to black in color or aqua due to a large amount of water on the earth.
Activating the Higher Chakras
Before trying to activate your higher chakras, it’s important to first ground yourself to the Earth’s crystalline energy grid. Activating your higher chakras will dramatically increase the amount of crystalline energy flowing through your Lightbody. To prevent energetic overwhelm it is best that you activate your Earth Star Chakra first.
Remember that as you activate your Earth Star Chakra, you are actually participating in a powerful clearing and healing for humanity, the Earth as well as for your own life. When your Earth Start Chakra is activated it will bring you into close communion with the magic, healing, and sacred energy of the Earth. The higher you reach in the Divine and spiritual realms above, the more important and necessary it is for you to anchor your energy deep into the Earth.
When this energy center is balanced, you will have clarity in your daily life. You will be highly functional in your 3D reality, whilst also anchoring higher dimensional vibrations into the physical world. Fundamentally, the Earth Star Chakra translates and integrates higher energies into the Earth’s crystalline grid.
It can become increasingly more challenging staying present whilst try to navigate our busy lives. Technology takes over and we are often lost in cyberspace. When your Earth Star Chakra is active, it helps you stay firmly grounded even with such a busy schedule.
Balancing The Earth Star Chakra
A balanced Earth Star Chakra also provides protection for energy healers as it releases the negative energies that may have been absorbed from others. It secures your soul by connecting your etheric body to the physical world and aligns you with the magnetic core of the earth. It will help to discharge impure energy to earth as well as draw divine and pure energy from the earth.
Signs That Your Earth Star Is Balanced
- You will know if this energy center is balanced because you will feel greater inner peace, security, protection, grounding and you will gain a wider perspective on life.
- Your physical health and etheric health will improve dramatically and you will have more vitality.
- You will also feel a Divine connection with Mother Gaia and will be attracted to work for a greater cause.
Signs That Your Earth Star Is Unbalanced
- You may experience problems with your blood circulation, have eating disorders or have issues with your knees, hips, legs or ankles.
- It is likely that you will feel instability in your life and you may lack work/life balance.
- Sometimes you may even hallucinate or get dizzy because you feel so ungrounded.
- It may also manifest as a dreaded unknown fear or phobia and a lack of spirituality.
Activate Your Earth Star Chakra
One way to activate and balance your Earth Star chakra is by simply relaxing, and listening to my Earth Meditation.
“Breathe in and close your eyes. Find yourself outside a huge cave entrance and walk down the neatly carved steps, down into the earth.
Deeper and deeper until you can feel the warmth and the heartbeat of the earth.
Feel the rhythm of the earth’s heart and begin to allow your heartbeat to slow to the same rhythm. The earth’s heartbeat in alignment with your own.
Find a place to sit down feeling the earth under you and leaning your back against the earth. Begin to feel yourself embraced by this energy and let her feel to you how she feels about you. Let yourself relax into her embrace and feel how supported you are.
Let her feel to you how she feels about humanity. Is she feeling abused or does she feel entirely hugely powerful and full of love? Ask her for a message for you. Thank her and feel to her how you feel about her. Let her feel your love and appreciation for the essence of who she is. When you are complete come on back in the room.”
Movement & Exercise
Walking in nature and feeling your energy linking with the sacred light of Gaia will instantly help you to reconnect to the energy field. With intention and greater awareness, each step you take will help to cleanse, balance and activate your Earth Star Chakra. Show gratitude and respect for her sacred power and she will keep on replenishing.
As you open your connection to Gaia through your Earth Star Chakra, she will give you the power, strength, and foundation you need to raise your frequency to new heights.
By opening fully to the light and Divine power within the Earth, it will grow within you.
To gain full alignment within your Earth Star Chakra you must live in harmony with all beings upon the Earth. Practice expressing your love and appreciation for all life, and for the mountains, planets, oceans rainforests and every corner of the natural world which you notice and observe.
