1. Colour Mirrors and Sprays
With a number of different colors and combinations, Hayden uses his color bottles and color sprays on a daily basis to help him in the areas of life that need attention. Each bottle is carefully chosen so the color of the bottle relates to the specific issue he wants to address.
2. Colorful Journals
Hayden uses colorful notebooks to journal after he bathes in color or a session of inner work. He is very intentional about the colors of the notebook he chooses as it relates to the type of notes he wants to write about.
3. Color Oracle Decks
Hayden enhances his practice with color oracle decks. He has a number of different decks which he uses including the Rainbow Oracle Deck and the Color Mirrors deck.
4. Crystals
Who doesn’t love crystals?! Hayden has a huge bowl of them just waiting for him to dive his hands into and pick one.
