The most beautiful practices in the world have their basics and their finer points. And the Akashic Records are no exception!
I’ve worked with the Akashic Records for many years, and their depth, beauty, and power have never failed to amaze me. It’s been a fascinating journey, both for me and for my clients.
I’ve also gotten many questions over the years that have deepened my understanding of the records as well as enriched the lives of my clients. That’s what I wish to share with you today!
Let’s do a quick review of the basics before we begin!
Akashic Records are the records of your Soul
They’re a complete collection of all the experiences you’ve had in this life and every other lifetime. It’s the timeless wisdom of your Soul, and it is always with you.
When you connect to your Records, you revisit your life from your Soul’s point of view. You get to review your experiences without the interference of your mind and ego. It’s a beautiful opportunity to learn, heal, and grow.
Best of all, this practice is available to you at any time, anywhere!
Are the Akashic Records a new discovery?
Even though they’re becoming a “thing,” the Akashic records have been with us since the time began. They’ve been referenced in every religion and in nearly every ancient culture on earth, too.
For example, the ancient Indian sages of the Himalayas knew that every Soul recorded every moment of its existence in a “book,” and that this book could be read if a person aligned themselves properly with it. Christianity refers to the Records as the “book of life.” Even Nostradamus claimed that he had access to the Akasha, the energy from which the Records are created.
Now that our planet is moving toward a higher energy consciousness, people are rediscovering the ancient practice once again, which is a beautiful thing!
When you connect to your records, what (or who) are you connecting to?
Everyone receives the wisdom of their Records in unique ways. But one thing that is universal is your Akashic Records guides.
Your guides are the “librarians” of your Records, and they help you not only to retrieve the memories you need the most but also to understand those memories.
We all have a primary intuitive channel (as I shared with you in the last post). And it is through this channel that your guides communicate the most clearly.
You may see them, you may feel their presence, or you might just “know” that they are there. Consider how you receive your own intuition, and you’ll have an idea of you your Akashic Records guides will appear to you.
What if I have negative memories in my records that I’m afraid to experience again?
Have you tried to connect to your spiritual power in the past but hit a brick wall? It is possible that an terrifying memory from another life might be the reason.
Suppose, for example, that you were accused of witchcraft in another lifetime, and it’s a memory that you weren’t aware existed. Now in this life, you find that every time you try to connect to your intuition, you can’t seem to receive a clue. That fear of participating in intuitive practices just might be the thing that is holding you back from your spiritual gifts.
Sometimes memories hold you back without your even knowing it. But doing the work in the Akashic Records with the help of your guides can help you clear those fears, emotions, and beliefs, and help you move forward in the process.
What is more important, DNA that we inherit from our parents or the Soul experiences we store in the Akashic Records?
Honestly, they are equally important! The Akashic Records of your Soul along with your family DNA shape the lessons that you need to learn in this lifetime, and both of them help you fulfill your Soul Purpose.
Everyone makes Soul contracts with other people, and your family members are among the most significant contracts you make.
Think of your parents and grandparents. Just like you, they have made Soul contracts that have shaped their lives. The energy that they carry both in their Akashic Records and their DNA has influenced them, and how they show up in the world naturally affects you as well.
You may think that your family has not always supported you, but they are there for a reason. Everyone that comes into your life helps you learn what you need to learn in this lifetime, your family included. Your family DNA, then, works with the Akashic Records of your Soul to shape your pathway and guide you to your Soul purpose.
